----Dry powder direct roll granulation
1. Improvements to traditional high temperature melt granulation
Conventional refining agents are generally in the form of powder or granules. Powdered refining agents are generally prepared by mixing and dehumidifying at high temperature, and some of the granulated refining agents are obtained by high-temperature calcination and melting. The production cost is high. Another method is the roller granulation method recommended by us. The dry powder is directly mixed by the mixer and then directly granulated by granulation machine . The obtained granules have high strength, low energy consumption and low production cost.
Granular refining agents have the following advantages over powdered refining agents:
1. Not easy to agglomerate;
2. Environmental protection, no dust pollution;
3. Decreased use;
4. Easy to sink into aluminum after spraying;
5. Densification becomes larger after granulation, and the volume is reduced, reducing transportation costs;
6.The shape of the post-granulation product is more beautiful, which is more conducive to the confidentiality of the formula, and the added value of the product becomes higher;
7. Without increasing the drying process, the material will heat up during the rolling granulation process, and a small amount of water will be evaporated during the granulation process.
